adjusters. The program enables electronic lodgement of new claims and electronic allocation of jobs. Adjusters
receiving new claims instructions can access and download claim details, track the status of current claims,
access archived claims, operate and manage claims within set operational and service guide lines, utilise
diarising feature to remind them of daily and weekly actions required, communicate with managing office,
clients, brokers and suppliers with a record being maintained. Program enables managing office to automatically
generate periodic reports and statistical data and if required, forward these reports in full or summary form,
via email to clients or publish them on line with password enabled access. Full customisation features allows
users to set or modify operating parameters (service levels, task lists) for different clients, generate own
templates (adjusters reports, letters, forms etc), track progress of any claim managed by managing office,
determine work in progress, produce invoicing for export to accounts packages and extract an array of other
useful data for management purposes.
