What does the CMS offer an Adjuster or Claims Management Office?

CMS enables electronic lodgement of new claims and electronic allocation of jobs to other claims handlers.

Adjusters receiving new claims instructions can use CMS to:

• Access and download claim details
• Track the status of their current claims
• Access archived claims, operate and manage claims within set operational and service guide lines
• Utilise diarising feature to remind them of daily and weekly actions required
• Communicate with managing office, clients, brokers and suppliers with a record of their activities maintained

The Claims Management Office can use CMS to:

• Automatically generate periodic reports and statistical data
• If required, forward these reports in full or summary form, via email to clients or allow them to publish these on line with password enabled access
• Full customisation features allows users to set or modify operating parameters (access levels, service levels, task lists) for different internal users and different external clients
• Generate own templates (adjusters reports, letters, forms etc.)
• Track progress of any claim managed by managing office
• Determine work in progress
• Produce invoicing for export to accounts packages
• Extract other useful data for management purposes

Integrated Document Management

CMS is not just software, it’s a service tool. Increase efficiency and save time and costs by eliminating redundant processes. You do not have to re-enter claims data each time you want to create a document; the uploaded data is auto generated on the preformatted Adjusters report templates, letters and forms.

You can upload Word, Excel or PDF documents and Photos, or generate documents and make these available for other staff to use or edit. In addition to managing your important claims data, we store all your associated documents & reports.

Our integrated document and file management means that your claim files are available wherever you or a third party needs it - in the office, on the road, anywhere with an internet connection to access CMS.

What is the CMS Online Portal?

CMS Online Portal is external interface of the program. It is a fully secure web based portal to facilitate access by an Insurer or Broker to information that relates to them, controlled by privacy levels that you set.

Selected users can lodge claims, upload claims data, download adjusters claim reports, forms and documents. By using CMS Online you can automate update requests and ensure nothing gets missed. Online claims lodgement means the claims data is entered directly onto the program, avoiding the need to re-enter the data at your end, saving you time and costs and helping to ensure accuracy of uploads.

There is even a Quick Update click and send feature.

The CMS Online portal login can be integrated with your own website to provide seamless access to your clients. Yes, your Clients log on to your website to access the CMS.
