Our History

Claims Management Solutions software has been used in over 50 offices Australia-wide since 2003. Our software was initially designed in conjunction with claims management and loss adjusting firms who wanted a process driven claims management solution that enabled them to work more efficiently, communicate automatically and meet ever-increasing compliancy standards. In 2011 we have launched the third edition of our Claims Management software platform that is now 100% “cloud-based”. The web-based software architecture now incorporates data protection, ensuring automated security and privacy alongside a hosted services platform that is both instantly and always available.

Our Facilities

Our cloud-based claims management solution is based in distributed enterprise-class N+1 redundant and high security data centre facilities located in Western Australia. Our facilities ensure security, reliability and privacy of data whilst offering fast localised access to critical data for clients throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA.
